Founders building therapeutics, consumer wellness brands without hardware tie-in, or generic enterprise SaaS will not find strategic fit. Geographic posture is global, with active deal capacity in North America, Europe, Israel, and Asia. The realistic entry path is engagement through Samsung’s external innovation team or via warm introduction from a co-investing strategic fund; the process is institutional and adds the strategic dimension of potential Samsung relationships.
