An early-stage participant in deep-tech and XR/AI platforms.
About LVX
LVX is a Delhi-based early-stage fund operating at the pre-seed and seed end of the Indian deep-tech market, with sub-$250k cheques and an explicit thesis around XR, AI, and emerging compute platforms. The healthcare touchpoints are narrow but real: AI/ML applied to clinical decision support, immersive surgical training, and adjacent diagnostic technology. Founders should treat this as a small-cheque conviction investor, not a primary lead at scale. The right founder is a technical founder with a working prototype in computer vision, generative AI, or extended reality applied to a specific clinical pain point, who can use LVX’s cheque to reach a meaningful inflection before raising a proper seed. Founders raising $1M+ rounds, healthcare services plays, or non-technical commercial founders should look elsewhere. Entry path is via the deep-tech and IIT alumni network in Delhi-NCR, accelerator demo days, or warm referrals from prior LVX founders. In the pitch, lead with technical novelty, a defensible IP or data moat, and concrete signals of clinical validation; do not lead with TAM math, because LVX’s bet is on technology curve and team rather than market sizing. Caveats: LVX’s public footprint is limited, deal cadence is uneven, and the brand does not yet carry signaling weight that automatically draws follow-on Series A capital. Founders should plan their next round independently and treat the LVX cheque as bridge capital that buys six to twelve months of runway, not as a multi-year partner. Request a current deal sheet during diligence to confirm activity level, fund vintage, and any reserves the partners are willing to commit for follow-on rounds, because thin reserve depth at this scale can leave founders orphaned at the next milestone.
