At sub-$250k, First Circle is a syndicate ticket and not a lead, so founders need a Seed lead with deeper pockets. Healthcare-only founders should be honest with themselves about whether First Circle’s fintech-and-infrastructure thesis actually fits, since a forced narrative usually unravels in the partnership phase.
