OMOPHub provides a comprehensive API platform designed to simplify the use of medical vocabularies for healthcare professionals and developers. It acts as a universal translator for diverse healthcare data, converting information from electronic health records (EHRs), insurance claims, and patient registries into a standardized format known as the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM).
