For instance, AutoChamber™ is an FDA-designated Breakthrough AI that opportunistically flags enlarged heart chambers on non-contrast CT scans, which may be invisible to the human eye, helping to identify patients at risk of heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and stroke.
HeartLung’s technologies enable the automated detection and quantification of various conditions, including coronary heart disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, stroke, osteoporosis, liver steatosis, diabetes, lung cancer, emphysema/COPD, and myosteatosis. The company’s AI-CAC™ (Agatston 2.0) improves upon traditional coronary artery calcium scoring by detecting even small, diffuse, or semi-calcified plaques, enhancing cardiovascular risk prediction. HeartLung’s AutoBMD™ provides DEXA-equivalent, CT-based opportunistic osteoporosis screening.
