What Physicians Need to Know

DICOM Support & Standards
INFINITT PACS and its underlying Healthcare Platform (IHP) are standards-based, supporting DICOM, DICOMweb, HL7, IHE Integration Profiles, FHIR, WADO, QIDO, STOW-RS, and RESTful Open APIs. It manages both DICOM and non-DICOM data.
PACS Integration Method
INFINITT PACS is designed for deep AI integration, acting as an 'AI-neutral' platform that seamlessly integrates third-party AI algorithms from various vendors (e.g., Coreline, Lunit, Vuno, Aidence, CureMetrix). The INFINITT AI Broker ensures secure connections via a JSON interface, delivering AI results directly into the PACS viewer. It integrates with HIS, RIS, CIS, EMRs, and supports on-premises, cloud-based, or hybrid deployments.
Reading Room Workflow Impact
AI integration significantly enhances workflow by providing an AI-empowered Dynamic Worklist that flags high-priority studies for immediate attention. It supports 'zero-click' AI workflows, where AI-generated insights are automatically available at the point of interpretation without extra steps. This leads to faster interpretations, reduced reading times, and improved diagnostic accuracy by identifying regions of interest and flagging abnormalities.
Processing Speed (per study)
The PACS features a faster and more powerful viewer with Just-In-Time (JIT) image loading, progressive loading, and 64-bit support for quicker image retrieval. Integrated AI solutions contribute to reduced case reading times and faster interpretations. INFINITT's Xelis offers ultra-fast 3D image reconstruction and visualization.
FDA Clearance Pathway (510k/De Novo)
INFINITT Digital Pathology PACS (IDPS) is currently pending FDA approval. For integrated third-party AI solutions, individual vendors are responsible for their respective FDA clearances, with INFINITT's AI Marketplace bringing 'validated AI results'.
Supported Modalities (CT/MRI/X-ray/US)
INFINITT PACS supports a comprehensive range of modalities, including CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, PET, SPECT, and Mammography. It offers dedicated solutions for radiology, mammography, cardiology, pathology, oncology (RT PACS), and dental imaging.
RSNA/ACR Validation
INFINITT actively participates in RSNA annual meetings, showcasing its latest advancements and AI integrations. Its RIS includes ACR Appropriateness Criteria for clinical decision support and offers a Lung Screening module that aligns with ACR recommendations for accreditation.
Physician Tip

Leverage the AI-empowered Dynamic Worklist to prioritize high-urgency cases and optimize reading efficiency. Utilize the 'zero-click' AI integration to seamlessly access AI findings directly within the PACS viewer, reducing cognitive load and improving diagnostic confidence. Explore the diverse range of integrated third-party AI algorithms through the INFINITT AI Marketplace to augment interpretations across various modalities. Take advantage of the advanced visualization tools and automated structured reporting for comprehensive analysis and streamlined documentation.

INFINITT's 'AI-neutral' stance and the INFINITT AI Broker facilitate extensive integration with a broad ecosystem of third-party AI vendors and their algorithms via JSON interfaces. The platform's robust support for DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and RESTful APIs ensures seamless interoperability with existing HIS, RIS, CIS, EMRs, and VNA solutions, allowing for a unified enterprise imaging environment and flexible deployment options (on-premises, cloud, hybrid).
